All orders are processed within [1-3 business days]. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below is an estimate of shipping options and delivery times:

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses using UPS, Canada Post, etc. Some delivery options may not be available for these addresses.

4. International Shipping

Nyxx currently ships internationally to select countries. Shipping rates, taxes, and fees vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. International shipments may be subject to customs delays.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding customs policies.

7. Missing or Lost Packages
